Book 1: Welcome to TeamMastermind®

The TeamMastermind Foundation

These 18 seminars begin by identifying the three cornerstones of the TeamMastermind curriculum: creativity, teamwork, and problem solving. We not only define creativity but we also examine creative pioneers, both past and present, exploring their methods and motivation in order to inspire the students.

The students then explore the theme of teamwork. We introduce the tools and rationale for creating strong, effective teams. Problem-solving and critical thinking skills are highlighted next. With the introduction of the M.A.S.T.E.R. ™ method, students learn a concrete, quantifiable technique to solve any problem. This six-session series allows them to practice — and become proficient in — higher-order and active-thinking skills. Finally, students apply this three-tier cornerstone foundation to diverse and timely themes such as personal responsibility, empathy, deduction, and imagination.

This collection of interactive lessons will foster the self-evaluation, teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving skills that will empower your students to achieve personal success.
